Businessmen seek unity to stabilise economy

The United Business Group of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has laid stress on forging cooperation and unity within the business community, terming them essential for stabilising Pakistan's economy. "Businesses and personal brands should be built with hard work and integrity," United Business Group Secretary General Zafar Bakhtawari said while expressing his views during a visit to the Islamabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industries (ICSTSI), according to a statement issued on Wednesday. He stressed the importance of creating unity to make traders role models for others. "We must unite; only then will our voice be heard. We need to work together to improve our country's economy," he said. He praised the small traders' chamber for consistently working for the betterment of business community and expressed hope that new leaders would play a pivotal role in the chamber's growth.
