The merger case is being reviewed by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), which will issue its order once due diligence is completed. Following PTA’s approval, the case will proceed to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) for financial clearance, and finally to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for corporate and structural approval.
