Court dismisses TRG appeal against JS Bank

The Honourable XIIth Additional District Judge/Model Civil Appellate Court, Karachi-South, has dismissed TRG Pakistan Limited's civil appeal against JS Bank Limited and other parties in a judgment dated July 1, 2026. The court upheld its earlier order, which rejected TRG Pakistan's plaint in the civil suit under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The case, titled "TRG Pakistan Limited & Others vs. Jahangir Siddiqui and Co. Ltd. & Others," pertained to litigation initiated by TRG Pakistan against JS Bank and other parties.
