Sitara Petroleum clarifies no links with Sitara Group of Industries

Sitara Petroleum Service Limited (PSX: SPSL) has clarified that certain media and social media reports currently in circulation relate to companies belonging to the Sitara Group of Industries, including Sitara Energy Limited and Sitara Chemical Industries Limited, and do not pertain to SPSL. The Company confirmed that it is not part of the Sitara Group of Industries and has no ownership, management, operational, financial, or business relationship, whether direct or indirect, with the Sitara Group, Sitara Energy Limited, Sitara Chemical Industries Limited, or any other entity forming part of that group. Accordingly, SPSL said its sponsors, directors, shareholders, and management have no connection whatsoever with the entities referred to in the circulating reports, adding that any inference or association between SPSL and such entities is incorrect.
